Nice landlord but warning about the noise.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord very responsive, updated us tenants when heater was broken. Provided portable heaters. Nice location. No pests.
Cons:
Street and train noise if your unit is facing north. We didn’t mind at first but it’s now very disturbing. Quite small units.
