These landlords are the worst

The location is perfect, nice neighbors, the apartment is pretty good.
Cons:
New people bought the building in late 2021 and they are the absolute worst. Evil, unresponsive, useless. Things were good before then, but everything has gone downhill since then. Good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment. You'll probably be accused of lying to them before anyone looks at it. They'll make promises of upgrading things like windows or providing laundry and then never do it. They're also rude and unhelpful and just guzzle up your money while doing absolutely nothing for the rent money you pay them. It's such a shame because the building and apartments are nice, but these people make it a truly bad place to live.
Advice to owner:
You're being paid for services, better start acting like it!
