Ice cold building with leaks. Low quality rennovations.

Pros:
Neighborhood is nice and they do keep the place clean
Cons:
It's freezing, the heat never works. Cold air constantly leaking through the windows. Overpriced.
Advice to owner:
Properly renovate, don't do quick jobs. Don't allow four months of complaints to fix a problem.

That it’s deep at the end of the block and our downstairs neighbor is old as hell and trashy
