Building with many problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location. Respectful neighbors. Large bedrooms.
Cons:
Building did not have water or gas for months Multiple building violations. Multiple tickets by the city and inspectors are constantly visiting the building. Building has very long record of violations per dept of housing website. Management company is non existent. Repairs take a long time to fix if ever fixed.
