Nice building in Astoria
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors Lots of natural light Close to the park and train
Cons:
Landlord is a little bit of a busy body. He will point out if you did not do your trash to his standards. 24th Ave is a little loud, windows are a little old so let even more light in. 2nd floor neighbors are really weird Anastasios tried to blame me for a broken window that broke on its own
