Well maintained. Clean. Nice block.
This is a family-owned place. The relatives all live in all the apartments. Although, they are not the landlord, it felt like all neighbors act like landlords. They are not very friendly. They are very concerned with safety. The entrance has 3 different locks and all must be put on at all times. You will be warned, repeatedly if you only lock 2 of the 3 locks.
