So happy to experience this place

Pros:
Love the building. It being across from a school is by surprisingly quiet. Management keeps the building clean. Rent-stabilized building.
Cons:
Only one bedroom apartments in this building
The garbage for disposal area can get crazy but it doesn’t stay like that for too long

Pros:
Super is very kind, brick building so apartments are practically sound proof, easy system to pay rent directly online great location in Astoria


Cons:
No pets, pest control sucks, management can be slow to resolve issues - better off just texting the super directly
