So happy to experience this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the building. It being across from a school is by surprisingly quiet. Management keeps the building clean. Rent-stabilized building.
Cons:
Only one bedroom apartments in this building The garbage for disposal area can get crazy but it doesn’t stay like that for too long Parking could be better

Pros and Cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very kind, brick building so apartments are practically sound proof, easy system to pay rent directly online great location in Astoria
Cons:
No pets, pest control sucks, management can be slow to resolve issues - better off just texting the super directly
