Pretty good management company

Pros:
- Great Value - Clean and good condition for an older building - Noise levels where insulated and pretty good neighbors - Garbage and Laundry System were good - Work orders were responsive (1 day or less for emergencies, 3-4 days for non emergencies)
Cons:
- Occasional large roach (maybe once or twice a year), exterminators were supposed to come once a month but maybe showed up 3x in two years. (Possibly due to pandemic) -Took a while to get security deposit back ( a week or two after move out) -Management Paperwork might take a while but phone calls were responsive
Advice to owner:
- Keep up with the cleanings and pest control. I can see it getting out of hand if not taken care of.
