Sketchy "Duplex" with 4 Units
Pros
Pet friendly, dishwasher, A/C, baseboard heating, the neighbors are nice
Cons
Cash-only rent payment, obviously illegal units in the building that affect the plumbing throughout the building - toilet doesn't quite flush properly and shower can only give decent pressure of lukewarm water or tiny trickle of hot water, soundproofing is the worst I've ever experienced
Advice to the owners
Get the plumbing done correctly when adding illegal units
