New does not mean nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, new building, natural lighting
Cons:
Super and maintenance people are impossible to get ahold of. We’ve had fire department come a total of 4 times in 2 months from elevator not being properly installed in this new building. We’ve told the owner and super many times it took them two people getting stuck inside elevator for them to take action. The super (Ali) has blocked us and when people call him he says he’s just the “garage man.” Susan the landlord is just as bad tell tenant to submit portal and doesn’t get back to people for weeks. Our neighbors didn’t get a working refrigerator for over a month until it was finally replaced. Again…. New building. Another tenant had to get her dish washer replaced because it flooded randomly. There are also roaches in the laundry room.
Advice to owner:
Get better employees and a live in super that actually answers the phone
