Pros:
Pros? It’s a glorified box. I quite literally only have a roof over my head without any of the essentials you would expect to have in an actual “home”.
Cons:
The owner, or whoever Galo is (I don’t think he’s the actual owner) is a real piece of work. He must have friends in HIGH places because no matter how many times we contact 311 or 911, nothing is done. Currently, everyone in the building is suffering without any heat, hot water, or even cooking gas. He’s slowly trying to make everyone’s life miserable to drive us out of the apartment since it’s illegal for him to actually say or do it on his own. However, his methods for driving us out is also extremely illegal but it seems the city could give two sh*ts about us since they do nothing about it.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a piece of sh*t. You don’t win anything with doing this. You could’ve just been a normal human and asked us to leave the proper way as opposed to making our (and I’m sure you’re own life) a living hell.
