Served us very well through the pandemic.
Former Tenant
Pros:
During our two years in this building, we have only seen 1 cockroach. Never again did we see one. The landlord seems to keep a quarterly bug control place on retainer. The water pressure is good and the hot water gets extremely hot. The tile in the bathroom and the kitchen are nice. Brand new kitchen sink as of 2021. The stove/oven is amazing. 5 burners with one being an instant boil one on the front right and a griddle burner in the middle. Very large.

This apartment has two closets. A smaller linen closet and a MASSIVE walk in closet. The walk in is truly a large closet.

The shelves/pantry in the kitchen is huge and truly spacious.
Cons:
The steam heating is impossible to control in anyway, shape, or form. Even when the knob is turned all the way off the actual heater is still blisteringly hot.

The water in the kitchen and bathroom can be brown sometimes and will need to be filtered. I actually have a filter attached to the showerhead in order to help get rid of things in the water. I have an advanced filter that I use for filtering water to drink.

The refrigerator does not always work correctly. It needs to be replaced.

The floor is very squeaky. It is squeaky enough that it bothers the crap outta me. I am sure that the people below us can hear it also. You will need to have a carpet in the front room/dining area as well as a carpet under your bed frame.
Advice to owner:
How can the floor be adjusted? It's pretty squeaky.
