Good maintenance people, some careless, loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance is great, neighbors are friendly, management is responsive to maintenance issues.
Cons:
Loud neighbors are exacerbated by thin walls and gaps in doors to the lobby. Neighbors don’t properly dispose of trash and recycling, leaving a mess for fellow tenants and the great maintenance team, and increased chance of pests.
Tenants and those from outside the building do not pick up after their dogs, and the dog poop remains in the yards surrounding the entrance and the side of the building.
Management is often not responsive to non-maintenance issues and requests. Also, during COVID, they do not wear masks in the office or even attempt to put them on when a tenant visits, despite a sign outside the office requiring them.
Advice to owner:
Better insulated walls and doors. Respond to tenants and be more organized.
