Listen to tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice new entrance
Cons:
Don't listen to tenants, you call the management office about issues and you are dismissed. They are only renting new apartments to Acquaintances. Who have moved in with children who play in the hallways and play music till all hours and really loud and have no consideration to one else. When we complain they do nothing!
Advice to owner:
Listen to you tenants especially to the ones who have been here longer than you have. And stop treating us different because we have section 8. Because the only reason we do is because you bought the building and decided to charge 2300 for a one bedroom
