Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean. The super takes good care of the public facing part of the building.
Cons:
For almost eight months the people above us have made the life of my pregnant wife a living hell. She needs rest, and while noise is always understandable, our apartment walls and bed shaking at all times of day and night because people have no common decency is insane.

The place is run like a college dorm, and the amount of loud parties etc that occur all but confirm this. The walls are paper thin, if I sit in my bedroom I can hear every word of my neighbors conversations. My wife is constantly having anxiety attacks and is on edge 24/7 living in this awful place.

Doors closing travel thriugh the entire hallway and apartment, so you can literally tell when someone is using the bathroom.

I have close to 200 videos of our upstairs neighbors essentially harassing us. All of this has been sent to management. They still refuse to fix the problem and deal with the issue.

So we have decided to break our lease, sacrifice our security deposit, and refuse to pay rent on the remainder of our lease. Stay away from this place if you value peace of mind. They spout off about "solid concrete this" and "solid concrete that" . The issue is, this place is constructed very cheaply, actually. I went to university for architecture and while I may not be an engineer I like to think I know a thing or two.

In our time since moving in we've had:

A crack appear in the corners of two bedrooms

Two doorframes warp, we can no longer close those doors

A bathroom door locked an elderly guest into our bathroom and we had to break the latch to get them out

A window in a bedroom will never fully close, driving our heat bill up exponentially. It has never been fixed.

One of our toilet seats was only half attached, so naturally has now become fully detached with use before we could tell

There are literally no closets. None.

The hardwood floors are very clearly vinyl, and incredibly prone to getting messy.

There are noticeable dips in thr concrete of our floor, leading to misaligned furniture, and a spot in the kitchen were it feels like a foot can go through

Only the kitchen and bathroom have lights. Bring lamps.

The gym is a little sad, and is split I half with a shared office space that never seems to find use.

Our virtual doorbell has a nasty habit of simply not functioning at times.

This is all just off the top of my head. Bottom line, avoid it. Not necessarily because of the construction. Sadly that's par for the course these days. No, it's because the downright unfriendly atmosphere that management has cultivated has resulted in one of the single most hostile living experiences of my adult life. 1/10, live literally anywhere else.
Advice to owner:
Fix problematic tenants before they force good tenants to leave.
