Run away from this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
None, literally nothing, not even the private yard riddled with rats and other peoples garbage. Also, the parking space for rent isn’t even legal and people block you in because of the lack of curb cut.
Cons:
This property is infested with roaches and rats. The owner refuses to take responsibility for this and try’s to cut corners on every issue that’s presented to him. Even the issues that are seriously detrimental to the health of the occupants, he couldn’t care less.
You hear everything that’s going on around/in the residence like it’s happening in your apartment.
Nothing has ever been renovated and all appliances are second hand. All “renovations” will have to be done at your expense, just to make the place livable.
Also, in the winter you will freeze regardless of how many times you tell him to adjust the heat. But he won’t forget to bug you every week to come in your apartment, to flush the boiler.
Advice to owner:
This person isn’t worthy of my advice. He knows what’s wrong about his patch job/penny pinching operation going on there.
