Thank Goodness I am out
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was near a post office, LIRR, and 7 train
Cons:
Very cold in winter No pressure when flushing the toilet Rodents and roaches Bed bugs infestation The apartment were built added a room which is against fire code The front door entry always broken Mailboxes brake time to time Didn’t get my security deposit because new management took over
Advice to owner:
Make sure your super cleans the hallways specially when it snows under the new management.
