Good location, well kept building

Pros:
Apartments are updated, building is secure, good location. Pretty quiet.
Cons:
Cockroaches. Quite a few. Bugs find their way into the bathtub on a nightly basis in masses. Radiator bangs all night long, like someone is pounding on it with a sledgehammer. Neighbors like to smoke in the airlock. Super doesn’t respond to messages. No FIOS available to the building so spectrum is the only option. $60/mo.
Advice to owner:
Get the infrastructure for fiber internet, please!

Bedbugs, roaches oh my

Pros:
Nice lobby, good value at first glance, decent neighbors
Cons:
Unreported bedbugs, roach and a bunch of other pest issues throughout the building - ask tenants there! Very bad would avoid.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants and hire an exterminator
