The landlord is very irresponsible. I have mold in my walls.

Pros:
I can even call one thing I like about the building. The only thing I like is the neighborhood.
Cons:
You report anything to get fixed? And they don't fix it or they take years to fix the front door it's always unlocked because it's damage.
Advice to owner:
Take care your tenants. We all pay you rent.
