Cons:
Carbon Monoxide leaks, radiators that don't function, insufficient heat in winter for years, uninsulated walls, moldy showers that flooded on move in, mold growing on walls in downstairs closet, 7-year-old ceiling caving in during heavy rain, roof taking 8 months to be fixed, unlicensed contractors be sent to do inadaquate work, water bugs every summer, humidity 70-85% in summer, smoke alarm/CO2 needed to be requested, lack of self-closing doors, sprinklers, ceilings uneven and signs of termite infestation, ants yearly, sanitation, post office, UPS, Amazon, etc don't recognize my unit and have delivery issues constantly, a landlord with a nasty temper who shouts and disparages tenants who make maintenance requests. This list isn't even complete!
Advice to owner:
Demolish it
