Decent place but could be improved
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location next to the park Affordable No noise coming from tenants within the building Friendly tenants with a community vibe
Cons:
Co-op approval process Shady characters who didn't live in the apartment would hang out by the laundry room Garbage cans would often be overflowing Super is difficult to reach
Advice to owner:
Prevent outside people from accessing laundry room
