No place like home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great, very kind and helpful and its overall a nice quiet area to live in
Cons:
Sometimes people from the nearby pubs will come and make noise in the middle of the night

Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prewar building. Spacious rooms
Cons:
Rodents and bugs are rampant and owners do little to nothing to manage it. George and Maria are terrible at management. They love to cut corners and spend as little money as possible to make improvements while rent keeps going up. Also does not stop rent increases for senior citizens.
Advice to owner:
Fire Maria. George needs to stop being so cheap with repairs. And heat does not only need to be on during the day, it also needs to be turned on during the nights when people actually go to sleep.
