7 train is the same block.

Pros:
It’s very close to the 7 train and there are a lot of restaurants and laundromats nearby.
Cons:
The heat isn’t included because it’s with electricity, there’s a lot of roaches in the building. There is also not a lot of hot water. It feels like the whole building is sharing hot water.
