Affordable with responsive landlord

Pros:
Rent price is low. Landlord is very responsive to issues and I’ve had no issues at all contacting them. Close to a lot of stores. Walls are thick so no noise from neighbors.
Cons:
Water pressure is not that good. Pest problem when I first moved in although that might have been because the unit was vacant and after some pest management by me it’s gotten much better. Small apartment although for the price I can’t really complain.
