Pros:
The super and wife have been in the building for 3 years and maintain the building in top shape! I appreciate that they keep the building clean and the work orders get done on Fridays. They have renovated the elevator which is great!
Cons:
The laundry machines can be improved. The noise level has been fine and we have been able to manage it. I gave it 4 stars since we have new neighbor and noise level has slightly increased. We knew there was an apartment vacant and asked the landlord about any vacancies and said they didn’t have any which it’s clear that they are not posting them to the public. Perhaps they have a waiting list.
