Needs Serious Up keep

Pros:
Nothing to brag about!
Cons:
Poorly maintained, dirty hallways, even dieter laundry room, leak issues, mold issues, pest issues are out of control, Aesthetics are the worst in the Neighborhood, only a cash cow to the owner.
Advice to owner:
Get a real Superintendent get better Maintenance update Building entrance update InterCon service update laundry room. I’m sure you don’t live in these conditions.

Responsive Super, generally quiet building, good location, beautiful front garden
Cons:
Lots of plumbing problems/leaks, laundry room closed for 6 months, poor quality repairs, unresponsive management company, broken door buzzer,
