No amenities, very hot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry is good, location is decent. Pests come and go but the building is not overrun.
Cons:
Building is falling apart and uncared for. It used to have a roof top that was shut down. The gym hasn't been open in years. They banned scooters. Bike room is a mess. Hallways have been left half painted for years.
Advice to owner:
If you want younger people you need better amenities.
