Poor leasing office responses, super is rude and doesn’t do anything you request
Former Tenant
Pros:
close to train
Cons:
This building could be great space to live, but had a huge problem with roaches and mice, you ask the súper for something and you can go years without anything being fixed because he is always “busy” and if you try to call the office no one ever answers or returns the calls back. You pay high rent to be angry at the landlord
Advice to owner:
pay closer attention to your clients, train your súper to respect your tenants & for god sake, clean the building and make sure your super is maintaining the tenants apts.

FISHER BROS. DONT ANSWER TENANTS!
Former Tenant
Pros:
….Not much, the Fisher owners just want “market rate “ (this was overhead from Manny Fisher speaking) and the bugs are everywhere and bells don’t work, and it’s freeeezing in the Winter. The Fisher brothers will never call you back for Anything! Not good!
Cons:
-Dirty Unpainted Basement; The doorbells don’t work in each apartment; HEAT is at the bare bare minimum sometimes below minimum levels in the winter; Provide assistance with too many Roaches!
