Location, location, location!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, close to LGA, into the city in less than 25mins. Friendly neighbors, huge apartments. Super diverse and quite neighborhood. Best Thai restaurants in NYC.
Cons:
Building is maintained with the bare minimum. Laundry room and machines are never cleaned. Poor repair quality after water damages. Landlord ignores multiple mold complaints.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the garden so we can access it safely!
