Pros:
it’s close to the major subway lines and there’s a bus right across the street that’ll take you to the train station
Cons:
no live in super despite it being advertised, unresponsive management for any sort of matter (they don’t call back no matter how many messages you leave), there’s a cockroach infestation because we don’t get an exterminator here often enough, neighbors are noisy and super doesn’t care/wont do anything about it. rarely is there heat in the winter

Pros:
Great safe location, plenty of diverse food options, lots of closet space.
Cons:
Super/owners are not super responsive, neighbors turn on tv loud late at night.
