Good prices for large apartments but some caveats
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hallways and exterior well maintained. Apartments are large and rent stabilized.
Cons:
Terrible paint (cracking and peeling in many places after one year) and floor job -- they polyeurethaned over dirt, and the coating is peeling in many places. Dirty caulking over everything in bathroom. Entrances into closets and bathroom are extremely narrow (hard to slip a storage box through). Super did an awful job of cleaning and repairing things in apartment. Neighbor upstairs stomps, runs, moves furniture, and makes endless noise all day long, but the management is only concerned if he does so after 11 at night. Could be a beautiful apartment if the managers bothered to maintain it properly or allowed us to fix it.
