Pretty Decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of sunlight in living room Open internal staircase Interior design of common area - exposed brick, nice art Rent is reasonable relative to soaring rents in 2022 Laundry in building
Cons:
2 buildings - 1 has laundry and 1 has garbage so you have to go through an open yard in the basement to get to the other side. Not great during bad weather. Apartment layout could have been better Extra small bedroom created that fits only a twin bed
