Great building, great landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive landlord. Building kept very clean, friendly vibe, nice garden, all maintenance requests taken seriously. All employees very nice. Garbage area well maintained.
Cons:
Low water pressure. Takes a while (up to 5 minutes) for water to heat up in the shower in the morning -- this seems worse in summer months when heat is not on, not sure if it's connected. $5/month surcharge for air conditioner ridiculous.
Advice to owner:
Fix the water pressure/heat situation. Should be possible to leave garden without going through building.
