Slum at full price.

Pros:
The only thing good about this building is that it is close to transportation.
Cons:
You will never get a response from management or the super that is not a lie. We currently have no heat or hot water for 12 days and the temperature outside is below freezing. The superintendent plays the victim when asked for an update. He complains that he is bullied by management to try and garner pity from tenants.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Not a bad place to live.

Pros:
The people are nice.
The apartment is massive.
Pest control was pretty on time.
Cons:
A&E are not always responsive.
Super took a while to get things done.
I had several issues in the apartment that continuously happened without properly getting fixed.
Advice to owner:
Answer the emails.

Pros:
The renters are good people.
Cons:
No elevator. Super lives off site. Garbage room has rats galore. Water floods courtyard when raining. Cannot escape wet feet.
