Stay away from this building if at all possible!

Pros:
Close to two subway stations.
Cons:
Extremely noisy. They don’t turn on the heat most days during the freezing winter. The elevator is almost always broken. The building has a huge bedbug and roaches infestation. The is an overall putrid spell thought out the entire building. Lastly, there is a serious issue with packages being stolen.
Advice to owner:
You need to spend more resources maintaining this building.

Pros:
-Big rooms
-Close to 7 train
-Close to a lot of good food
Cons:
-Unclean
-Lobby is very old and large space is not being used for anything useful.
-laundry is always dirty and messy
Advice to owner:
Invest in building infrastructure like electric wiring, elevator and proper heating.
