Good place to live

Pros:
Huge apartments, would move back here. Loved elevator access, proximity to stores and trains
Cons:
Rodents and I thought it was haunted at one point

Pros:
Pet friendly, nice neighbors, super is fairly responsive and nice
Cons:
Horribly water pressure and temperature, pest issues rampant, mold in some apartments, clear desire to raise rent via needless capital improvements (elevator gets ‘fixed’ every few months, same with the front door system, buzzers haven’t worked in years
Advice to owner:
At least have higher quality repairs and renovations
