Decent rent stabilized building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized (in 2017) Trash chute every floor Laundry in building Modern equipment Quiet if your unit faces away from the subway tracks
Cons:
Tiny kitchen with barely any counter space Heater was weaker in my room than in my roommate’s which had the water boiler next to the room Bathroom floors are made of weird vinyl material Dirty streets
