Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing good about this place.
Cons:
They don’t want to fix anything. The landlord likes to show up with the exterminator to be nosey but refuses to make any repairs. He likes to come around in your place and stand there like an idiot and do nothing. The landlord looks for ways to get you to fix any repairs you might need. You should never pay for repairs for a place that you rent. The so called super constantly looks for ways to give him money for repairs. If you want a paint job and repairs, then you will have to pay for it yourself. The landlord will give you all types of excuses of why he can’t fix anything. No matter if you pay rent consistently or not you will NEVER get your deposit back. The landlord will jerk you around with your deposit. Also, they make you sign a two year lease for a junky apartment. Avoid this place like the plague!
