Good for its time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat was amazing. The super is very nice and responsive. The area (woodside/Sunnyside) very family friendly.
Cons:
Have to mail check for rent (no electronic option.) Landlord is not responsive (he did not return any of my calls/texts or standard mail during first year of my lease.) Rats in the basement where the garbage goes. Walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors down the hall clearly. Doorknob to front door of building continuously falls off. Apartment looked like a studio they made into a 1 bedroom to rent out for more money(extremely small.) Only 1 tiny closet. No modern updates on appliances. Intercom does not work properly.
