Convenience of train and different food options in the area.
Cons:
Generally unclean. Neighbors are inconsiderate and super does nothing to help.

That Woodside convenience

Pros:
I really like area, the food in Woodside/Sunnyside is great so the location of this building isn’t bad. Being right by the 7 has its perks for sure.
Cons:
If you don’t like the playlist 7train noise or Roosevelt Rush as a lullaby then you might want to look elsewhere.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance and pest control should be top priority. Elevator maintenance especially for older tenants should be top of the list.
