Good property, propertly priced

Pros:
Good location for queens at a good price, spacious unit as well. We had just had a renovated space prior to covid and it turned out to be great for staying inside for 8 months. They were very understanding of our financials through the pandemic and helped us with payment plan. Good kitchen, okay views of the 7 train. It’s a noise above ground train but it really turns into background noise, not very noticeable.
Cons:
Only thing I didn’t like is that one time I saw a mouse in the building. But that was the first floor next to the entrance door, so situational. I don’t think it’s the way they do things, very nice people.
