Thin walls, unhelpful landlord

Pros:
Close to the train
Cons:
The landlord is super cheap and doesn't fix things on time at all. The walls are very thin. The neighbors are not polite and are loud.

It was close to the cemetery.
Cons:
Incredibly noisy- super thin walls. Landlord does nothing to help and is rude. Rent went up and up.
