Great Building and Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very responsive and kind. The building entrance is on a quiet street that is well maintained. Washers/dryers were recently updated.
Cons:
The only con I can think of is the building got rid of app integration for laundry within the first month of switching out the washers/dryers. It was very convenient to be able to use your phone to pay, and now that feature has been removed - tenants have to use a laundry card and reload with cash.

Not much to complain about
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mario, the live in super, is responsive.
Clean, pest control, no noise
Cons:
The laundry room was often full and took some time to clear out
Elevator is slow
Advice to owner:
Don’t allow Airbnb’s please. My roommate listed her room for Airbnb and my house was filled with strangers at times

Super Mario is a king
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoyed literally everything about the building. Huge apartments with great kitchens (not a lot of counter space, but all the appliances in my unit were new and higher end than most other apartments I toured) I saw at most 3 roaches the entire two years I lived there. The super (named Mario) was so friendly and helpful. The building was always clean. Bright lighting in every room, balconies!!!, And a large communal laundry room.
Cons:
The landlord was awful. Any time I called to ask a question about my lease or about rent (they forgot to distribute rent collections several times) the secretary would be extremely rude. I had to threaten litigation for them to return my security deposit. It's a shame because I loved the building and would return if I didn't have such a poor experience, but the landlord would deter me from ever recommending it to anyone else.

Overall a Great Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained. Always clean and the super is very helpful.
Cons:
It’s impossible to get in touch with building management. Packages are stolen regularly and there isn’t a security camera.

Great Family Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well maintained, with a super who is always on site. Mostly families that live here and I have had no issues with noise, seems most everyone respects each other. I would also say it is a well built building, where I don’t hear every stomp above me (because of course people have to be moving around and all). Views from higher floors are gorgeous, can see midtown Manhattan and LIC as well as Woodside.
Cons:
There is a rooftop but it has not been open at all since I have moved in, it would be a nice amenity to take advantage of, as I’m sure views are great. I guess they had issues in the past but that was before me. Mail can be a bit messy but with signs and reminders delivery is getting better at leaving packages at doors.

You’ll get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent was competitive. Good amount of space/light.
Cons:
There will be times where there is no hot water. Winter electric bill is high due to poor insulation. No package management system.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the boiler and machines in the laundry room. Switch to an online payment system for rent collection.
