Good friendly neighbors

Pros:
- Good neighbors - Hallways are always clean - Laundry in the basement
Cons:
- Lots of roach - Lobby door is always broken - Frequent stolen packages - Heat is not on when needed
Advice to owner:
- Fix the front door (needs more security)
