Get What You Pay For
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is close to the city, close to the subway with local & express trains and also a LIRR stop. Diverse area with lots of food & pub options.
Cons:
The apartment had pest issues, heat and water issues. Some nice neighbors but then hoarders.
