Very Nice Building But Did Have a Roach Issue

Pros:
Large studio apartment Lots of closet space Very quiet community, no noisy neighbors Very close to public transportation
Cons:
Roach infestation Small laundry room, existing machines may not all work Thin floors Heater bangs and clangs very loudly
Advice to owner:
Get newer washing equipment and might need more aggressive treating of the roaches
