Good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to a bus stop and library. The owner is receptive and tries to work with you. If there is an issue, you can contact her directly and she will resolve it. Very nice people. They recently gated the building making it safer. There are cameras too. It’s also pet and kid friendly
Cons:
The staircase is long and narrow. It’s a cold building in the winter. Owner isn’t always at the location but we have her number so it’s fine.
