Avoid Due to Building Mgmt Company, PRC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, walk-in closet, Superintendent.
Cons:
The building management is awful. They’re unresponsive, don’t care , and are greedy. The building is NOT secure. Anyone can walk in and there have been numerous crimes involving break-ins, DEA activity, and lot and lots of police activity for, what seems like the same neighbors each time. They take rental vouchers, so it’s really dicey with who lives here. There are a LOT of parties, fights, drunk people roaming building. Good luck getting them to turn off the alarm that goes off in the lobby for hours a day.
Advice to owner:
Do Better! Change management companies IMMEDIATELY

Only the super cares about the building, otherwise its disgusting
Former Tenant
Pros:
It should be a nice apartment as the building is technically nice with a nice roof and the super is nice.
Cons:
The management doesn't care, the tenants are terrible.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of it

poorly staffed / managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
good value for covid discount prices (but def not worth it without the free months adjusted rent)
Cons:
i can never get my packages because the doorman is only at the designated front desk from 10:30am-11:30am M-F and i work..

the super has never fixed anything i’ve asked him to (recorded on buildinglink but no one cares)

the amenities are ok but only open til 10pm

brand new building but already rats in the garbage room bc there’s no staff on weekends and it all piles up in there til monday

there was a squatter homeless person on the first floor

starr st side window was broken during some kind of domestic dispute

rooftop door also broken at some point idk why (all thick glass)

just seems poorly staffed and managed, could have been nice just not taken care of

when i first moved here the wi-fi wounldnt work in common areas so i emailed the mgmt and filled out a buildinglink ticket, it was fixed like 6 months later, and the mgmt lady was hella rude in the email
Advice to owner:
i guess this was just a bad covid investment
