Great Place Terrible Woman

Pros

Clean. Safe. Quiet. Reasonable Rent.

Cons

Goodluck in the winter. The woman will only periodically turn on the heat. Then be upset when you say something about it. Goodluck having anyone stay even 1 night without her wanting to raise your rent. Goodluck having visitors with her complaining you have too many people over for too long. Place was nice but the woman was unpleasant
